We had the perfect break at the Dales accommodation. We had a break with best friends, best views, best food and drink, and deer on our lawn, early every morning. It was wonderful. The Retreat was great, also the location and walks. We couldn't have asked for more!
We had a fabulous stay in the Dales for the second year running a few weeks ago. Once again, the service was excellent and the location is just great for those of us who value peace and quiet above everything.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff at Natural Retreats Yorkshire Dales, we had a great time. We did wonder how it would work out with 2 dogs and 13-week-old twins, but we are pleased to say it was fabulous! We would love to go back again sometime.
Our stay was lovely, just what we needed. The lodge was exactly as advertised, which makes a change and hamper was a very nice bonus too.
I just wanted to drop you a brief mail to congratulate you on an amazing place in Richmond. Myself and my family had a great time and are more than ever looking forward to going to Newquay in August. The site manager came and welcomed us and showed us how everything worked and where to find things. He'd also locally sourced a few great local groceries for us. Top weekend in beautiful accomodation and a fabulous setting.
We had a fantastic time last weekend and everyone thought the lodges were absolutely amazing.
We had the most wonderful week and were amazed by the lodges. The whole holiday was very special so thanks again.
Everything was available with no fuss. Site management were available if required but did not intrude. The welcome hamper was excellent – since our return we are only using organic milk and bread!
Booking was very easy, quick responses and friendly staff. It was perfect for the occasion we were celebrating. Having the four lodges next to each other was great. We were impressed with the staff on-site – they were very accommodating and we particularly appreciated their offer to return tables, crockery, etc. that we had moved around to accommodate everyone in one residence to eat. Loved the design of the residences and appreciated that everything you needed was there – hampers and wood for fire are a lovely touch.

Booking very easy and the people that called me back were fabulous. Helpful but not pushy in any way! Welcome hamper was very welcome and the dog towels were very thoughtful and all the toiletries and cleaning materials provided were great especially with the dogs. Nice to know the team were there but no-one was in your face....great way to run a business. All was perfect. I have not stopped raving about this since I got back to all my friends and will book again.
