  • Thank you so much for the warm welcome from you Natural Retreats in Newquay Fistral Beach. Our penthouse apartment was absolutely breathtaking, very modern and beautiful decor. The view from the balcony overlooking the beach and sea was magnificent, it was a special occasion made even more special by the wonderful service your staff provided. Thank you so much for the hamper, teddy and champagne that was so kindly and thoughtfully given to my daughter for her 21st and Graduation. We would recommend you to anyone wanting to stay in Cornwall. We would definitely like to return sometime in the near future.
  • Lovely and helpful staff, easy to do, and regular updates, the staff were amazing and made our stay at the retreat extra special on a very special occasion. The penthouse flat was beautiful, a wonderful location, I would definitely tell friends and family to come. I would also love to come and stay again with my family.

  • Very helpful and extremely friendly – offered to help with every part of the booking, including suggestions for my hen weekend. I was on my Hen weekend and had the most amazing time. We were greeted on arrival by a wonderfully friendly gentleman, who took our photo and helped us with our bags. This made the start of the weekend extremely positive. The accommodation was perfect, all on one floor, views to die for and the rooms were HUGE. Everything was provided for and the welcome hamper was the icing on the cake. I would like to say thank you to all the staff who helped make this a weekend to remember. Excellent value and brilliant service.
